BERYL P. HINAU 82, of Pearl City, passed on peacefully surrounded by her family on April 26, 2019. Born in Honolulu, Hawai'i and was a graduate of Farrington High School Class of 1956. Beryl was a Pa'u Rider for many years having had the honor of being a Kamehameha Day Parade Pa'u Queen. She was known for her haku and lei making skills. Retired from the Honolulu Advertiser as an Ad Production and Dispatch Manager after 36 years of service. Beryl was a loving wife, mother, and tutu. Survived by husband Norbert Hinau; son Bradford Markham; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild: sisters: Jeannett Momi Silvasampio and Helene Paulette Akimseu; Predeceased by eldest son Glenn Markham and sister Beverly Nani Umiamaka. Services will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2019 Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary, Makai Chapel. Visitation: 10:30 a.m.; Services: 11:30 a.m.; Casual attire.
