MGySgt Robert E. Talmadge USMC (Ret), 89, died on April 21, 2019, surrounded by family at his home in Kaneohe. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Rose Marie Pascale Talmadge, daughters Rosemary Talmadge (Brynna Kaulback), Ka'ohu Cazinha (John Cazinha), grandchildren Talmadge Nardi (Alan Mislove), Cara Cazinha Bair (Jonathan Bair), Kai Cazinha and Shannon Lucas; and great- grandchildren Evan and Mira Nardi-Mislove and Galileo Daras and brother, Arthur Talmadge. He was a Korean War Veteran who served at the Chosin Reservoir and proudly served as past President of the Aloha Chapter of the Chosin Few. He also served as Business Manager at Damien Memorial School for 15 years. Visitation begins at 9:00 a.m. and service at 10:00 am on June 13th at Hawaiian Memorial Park and will be followed by burial at Hawaii State Veteran's Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
