He is survived by wife Ramona Carter Wong, daughter Sharyn Gayle Eng, 3 grand- daughters, and 5 great-grand- children. Visitation & Services 10am Saturday June 8, 2019 at Ballard Family Mortuary, Hilo, Hawaii.
