Of Kaneohe, died on April 4, 2019 at Aloha Nursing & Rehab Center. He attended Castle High School & graduated from Kona Waena High School. He was immediately drafted into the Army to serve in the Vietnam War for about 9 1/2 years as a Cryptographic Technician. He attended DeVry University in Phoenix, AZ, where he graduated with high honors in the Electronics Technology program. Motorola employed him as a Bench Tech Supervisor. He also worked at Kamehameha Schools as a Security Officer. He enjoyed membership with the Windward YMCA in the Silver & Fit program. Survived by: wife Fely R. Dias; Daughters: Desiree L. Dias & Regina M. M. Griffin; Sons: Steven L. Mojica & Sheldon J. K. Mojica; 9 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren; Siblings: Anthony R. (Chickie) Dias, Eric R. (Cindy) Dias, Brian R. (Sophie) Dias; Sisters: Judy (Gene) Quison & Elsie Sayers. Services at Mililani Memorial Park & Mortuary Mauka Chapel on June 14. Visitation 10:00 AM. Service 11:00 AM.
