EUGENIO MAGGAY DUMLAO A devoted husband, dedicated father, and doting grandfather, Eugenio was the model of perseverance and sacrificial love. He will be missed by his surviving family every moment of the rest of their lives. He passed from this life to the next on May 14, 2019. Eugenio was born in Pasay City, Philippines on September 6, 1935. He joined the U.S. Navy in 1960, served proudly for 21 years, and received numerous honors including the Vietnam Service Medal with Silver and Bronze Stars. Eugenio is survived by his wife, Emiliana A. Dumlao; his only child, Jamesner A. Dumlao (Jennie); and his grandchildren, Anthony James Dumlao and Mary Teresa Dumlao. Services will be held at the Co-Cathedral of Saint Theresa on June 12. Visitation: 9:00 am, Mass: 10:00 am, and Burial: Valley of the Temples at 1:00 pm.
