Eleanor Winona Ka`ala Adric Eli, ELEANOR WINONA KA`ALA ADRIC ELI, AUNTY SISTAH Eleanor Winona Ka`ala Adric Eli, 97 years of age, of Honolulu, passed away peacefully amongst family and friends on Saturday, May 18, 2019. "Auntie Sistah," as she was affectionately known to family and friends, was preceded in death by her husband Mitchell "Uncle Mike" Eli. Eleanor led a full and colorful life. She was a world traveler (visiting 30 countries), an artist, feather lei maker, an athlete at McKinley High School Swim Team, award winner of a sanctioned walk, singer, hula dancer, ballroom dancer, amazing cook and baker, and mother to three Doctors. She is survived by 3 sons, Dr. Mitchell Eli, Dr. Irwin Eli, Dr. Dennis Eli and daughter Pamela Eli Garza, hanai son Dr. Dennis Momeyer and companion Elroy Nalima Haole Kaniho, 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Mama, your warmth, wit and aloha will be sorely missed by your family and friends, and your loyal doggy, Kamuela. Visitation: Wednesday, 10:00 am. Services at 11:00 am, Jun 26, Diamond Head Mortuary.
