He is survived by wife Pamela (Moriwaki) Sato, son Caleb Sato; daughter Caitlyn "Kit Kat" Sato; brother Douglas Okai; and sister Suzanne Unangst. Visitation will be 10:00 am Sunday, June 30, 2019, at Mililani Memorial Park's Mauka Chapel. Memorial Service at 11:00 am. Casual Attire.
