David was born on May 19, 1954 in New Britain, Connecticut, where he resided until moving to San Marcos, Texas to attend Southwest Texas State University. David was a 1980 graduate of STSU with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. While at STSU, he played and lettered three years in Football and was also a proud member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. At the time of his passing, David was Chief Operations Officer and Co-Owner of Global Technology Corporation in Honolulu, Hawaii. David is survived by his wife, Cecilia Wong Muldoon; sisters: Pamela (Newton) Lamb, of Texas and Kathleen (Edmund) Tierney, of Florida. He is preceded in death by his mother: Ella P. Muldoon, and his sisters: Marsha (John) Radomski and Deborah (Charles) Alaimo. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at the Outrigger Canoe Club from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. followed by the scattering of ashes and a light lunch. No flowers or monetary donations; casual attire. Valet parking will be available.
