Born 6-13-1924 in Kapaa, Kauai was reunited with her husband Sadao (Sarge) Hikida on 6-1-2019. In 1979, she retired as a high ranking civilian supervisor after 35 years with the Army. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the Pali Seniors Club of Kailua. She is survived by sons, Wayne (Kathy) Hikida, Byron (Grace) Hikida and daughters Guenivere (Grayson) Hashida and Marilee Takaki, 16 grand- children and 26 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers Albert, Edward, Paul, Joseph, Raymond and Richard Fukushima and sisters Nancy Matsuda and Edna (Harvey) Kawasaki. Services will be private.
