Paul Harrison Keaweopala Thurston
On June 1, 2019, I lost my best friend and loving son, Paul Harrison Keaweopala (Keawe) Thurston. Keawe was born to Paul Harrison Kaeaalii Thurston and Kim Keahi Gomard. He was a generous, sensitive person who loved the ocean, travel, theater and the arts. Keawe will be remembered for his good nature and kind heart. A devoted son, he was truly loved by family and friends near and far and words can't describe how much he will be missed. Keawe's education started at Hanahauoli and Punahou Schools. He earned a law degree from the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law. Keawe was predeceased by his father Harrison and brother William. He is survived by his mother Kim, brothers Keone Thurston and James Thurston, grand- mother Mary Louise Gomard, godmother Aunty Nicki Kometani and many other aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be held at St. Andrew's Parke Chapel on Saturday, June 29 at 10am. Arrangements Provided By: Oahu Cemetery Association
