21, passed away June 15, 2019 at her home in Kaneohe after a brave battle with cancer. Jackie graduated from Castle High School and continued her education at Champlain College in Vermont. Jackie was an avid reader, loved music, shopping, and spending time with her friends and family. She was also interested in technology and developing possibilities for children. She co-founded a nonprofit organization, Techdren (TECHnology for chilDREN); its mission was to provide hands on technology to children globally in order to further their education and empower females for work in this digital age. She is survived by her parents Paul and Debra Noborikawa, sister Katherine (Katie), paternal grandparents Harold and Anna Noborikawa, numerous, loving cousins, aunts and uncles. Jackie was preceded in death by her maternal grand- parents George and Mutsuko Hiraoka. A celebration of life will be held on Friday July 12, 2019 at 6:00 pm at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary.
