93, born and raised in Honolulu, passed away on May 23, 2019 in Honolulu. He retired as Inspector General for the Department of Defense, was an active Farrington High School alumni, and past president of the Hawaii Parkinson Association for 8 years. His legacy lives on in his daughters, Wendy (Chris Collignon) and Laurie; and grandsons, Sean and Alec. He is now reunited with the love of his life and wife, Thelma, of 53 years. Services will be held at 11am Saturday (July 13) at Hosoi Garden Mortuary; visitation at 10am. No Flowers. Casual attire. Arrangements Provided By: Hosoi Garden Mortuary
