FAMILY PLACED OBITUARY

WARREN K. OKINAKA
WARREN K. OKINAKA74, passed away peacefully on July 7th, at Pali Momi Hospital. He retired as a Naval Architect from Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and later worked for the HCAP Head Start program. He coached Pop Warner football, Bobby Sox and ASA softball, umpired girls softball at the club, high school, and college levels, and recruited, trained and scheduled umpires. He is survived by Lenora, his wife of 50 years; son Wade Okinaka (Catherine), daughters Lena Arakaki (Fred Calleon) and Loren Okinaka; five grandchildren: Cierra Arakaki and Kiana, Chavis, Logan and Khloe Calleon; and sister, Shirley Rosen. A celebration of his life will be held at the Rainbow Bay Pavilion (A-frame near the Arizona Memorial) on Sunday, July 21st, from 4 to 7 pm. No flowers and casual attire requested. Please drop in anytime during the three-hour period to talk story and eat (two of Warren's favorite things to do beside cooking).
