81, of Wahiawa, passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 12, 2019. After graduating from Leilehua High School in 1955, Jerry joined the Air Force and later worked for the Hawaiian Telephone Company until his retirement. Jerry went on to work at the Leilehua Golf Course for over 20 years. Jerry is survived by his wife, Amy; three sons, Dean (Angel), Dru (Lynn), Dwight (Lori); and 6 grandchildren. Service to be held at Mililani Mortuary, Mauka Chapel on Wednesday, July 31, visitation: 5:00 p.m. and service: 6:00 p.m.
