69, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2019. He was born in Honolulu, HI. He is survived by children Aron and Lianne (Keith) Hue, 2 grandkids; Jeanette Uyeda, children Erin Lee, Catherine (Kris) Nezu, Kerin (Daniel) Nakamura, 3 grandkids; sister Joan. He graduated from Iolani School, went to Linfield College, and graduated from the University of Hawaii. He was a devoted educator as a DOE Principal (Nanakuli High School and Kapolei High School), Leeward District Superintendent and Executive Director for HSTA. Private services held.
