Dr. Lei'ala Patricia Ann Chong Montoya, 75, of Honolulu passed away July 9, 2019. She was born in Honolulu, Hawai'i and also resided in California as a dedicated educator and administrator. Lei'ala is survived by her brother Michael J. Chong, Jr. and her son Aaron Patrick Chong Montoya.
