94, of Aiea, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2019. He was born in Waipahu on August 25, 1924 to Kakuji and Koisa Inokuchi. He graduated from Mid-Pacific Institute and retired from the Board of Water Supply as a systems analyst. He is survived by his beloved wife Kate; son Thad (Miri); daughter Grace (Les) Omura; grandchildren: Katie (Dan) Mack, Robbie (Mayuko) Omura and Max Look. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Mililani Downtown Mortuary, 20 S. Kukui Street, on Tuesday, August 13, 2019. Visitation: 10:00 a.m.; Service: 11:00 a.m. Casual attire.
