70, of Honolulu, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2019 at Straub. He was born on June 13, 1949 at Kuakini. He was a retired Master Sergeant with the United States Army and devoted his entire adult life to his beloved country. Gary is survived by his daughter, Ann Mina (Sean); son, Derek; sister, Kathleen; brother, Cary (Jeni); niece, Mina; two nephews, Nakoa and Zane. He is also survived by three grand puppies; Maka, Koko, and Mimi. Visitation is at 10:00 am Saturday, August 31 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 am, No flowers.
