Ted Adameck passed away on Mary 7, 2019 in Mesquite, Nevada where he resided with his daughter Carole Price and her husband Larry. Born in Santa Barbara, California in the mid-20's his high school vocational training in the printing industry and his early membership in the then largest printing industry union served him well in his future endeavors. Among his many lifetime achievements were Printing Press room assignments with the Pacific Stars & Stripes Japan & Korea 1950-53, 1956-57. A 3 year tour as topography Specialist with American President Lines before settling in Honolulu where he remained until leaving for his daughter's home in early 2019. Operating 2 antique shops specializing in Asian Artifacts he became internationally recognized for his knowledge & collection of Netsuki (a carved button used on Mens' Japanese attire). After closing his shops he remained active in the Netsuki collection fraternity and had world-wide contacts until his passing in May 2019.
