93, of Waipahu, passed away at St. Francis Hospice on August 12, 2019. He was born in Kapaa, Kauai and raised in Honolulu. A Korean War Army veteran and retired Federal employee, he had spent most of his career in Okinawa, Japan. He is predeceased by his wife, Tomoko, and son, Kenneth, and survived by son, Jon, daughter, Maria, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is at 4 PM, Saturday, September 21, 2019, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Service begins at 5 PM. Interment is at 10 AM, Monday, September 23, 2019, at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. Casual attire. No flowers. Arrangements Provided By: Hosoi Garden Mortuary
