FAMILY PLACED OBITUARY

PAMALETA SOOK TAU KEALAKEAPOKALANI CHING
PAMALETA SOOK TAU KEALAKEAPOKALANI CHING79, of Kaneohe, Hawaii passed peacefully at home on August 27, 2019. She was born on July 29, 1940 to the late Lot (Sonny) and Mabel O'Sullivan, raised in Aiea Heights and in her teenage years the family moved to Kaimuki. There she attended Kaimuki High School and met her first husband, Kenneth J. Tester while working for the school's annual carnival and blessed him with 1 daughter and 3 sons. Even after being a wife and mother, she continued to work at places such as; The Old Vienna Bakery, Holsum Bakery, and retired as a Customer Service Rep. for Midas on Dillingham Blvd. Pam is now on a new journey where her 2nd husband, the late Patrick D. C. Ching awaits with open arms. She is survived by her 2 sisters, Francine Landeza (San Francisco) and Yolanda Boyce (Pahoa, Hawaii), her 4 children; Linda J. Tester, Kenneth R. (Merleann), Terry L. and Dwayne A. (Luwanda), 9 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Celebration of life to be held on September 20th Borthwick's Maunakea from 5 to 8 p.m. September 21st, at 8:30 a.m. visitation, burial at Hawaiian Memorial Park in Kaneohe at 10 a.m.
