November 12, 1952 - July 30, 2019, died in Henderson, NV. He retired from the Hawaii Army National Guard and the Veterans Administration. Kent is survived by his wife, Vivian; sons: Matthew Tsutsumi, Tyson Tsutsumi (Emily); Mothers: Sawaye Wong, Mae Tsutsumi; Brothers: Frederick Tsutsumi, Jon Tsutsumi (Kazuko), Kirk Matsumoto (Jan); Sisters: Joan Apana (Royden), Debbie Kam (Daryl); many nieces and nephews.
