95, of Mililani, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2019 in Waipahu. She was born on September 16, 1923 in Honolulu to the late Shigezo and Mito Kusagaki. She is survived by son Dean (Adele) Yamada; daughter Ann (Greg) Kosaka; and grandson Devin Kosaka.
