Cornelia Q. Diesta, 78, passed away in Honolulu on Thursday, September 19, 2019. Cornelia worked for Punahou School for 35 years. She is survived by children, Mauro (Ludivina) Quero, Mario (Edna Sedano) Diesta of Lanai City, William Diesta, Virginia (Kristopher) Macavoy, Edwin (Cora Scanlan) Diesta; 10 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren; sisters: Colita (Lucio) Hao, Lucilla (Marcos) Badillo of Lanai; brother, Antonio (Rosalinda) Pajente of Waukegan, IL. Service will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Valley of the Temples Trousdale Chapel. Visitation: 11:00 am Service: 11:30 am; Burial: 2:00 pm at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park Cemetery.
