91, of Fukuoka, Japan, passed away peacefully on Sept. 14, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert G. Quackenbush. She is survived by her only child Robert Quackenbush Jr. and three grandchildren Bronson, Bryson, and Brent. Sakae is remembered as a loving wife, mother, mother in law and grandmother. She was a world traveler, sailor, painter, avid reader, and enjoyed her Karaoke with her friends. She will be greatly missed. Private Services held.
