FRANCISCO I. PEREZ 85, formerly of Wahiawa, passed away on August 30, 2019. He served in the U.S. Army and retired in 1974 after 20+ years of service. He was awarded the Purple Heart. He then worked for Fresh Start Bakeries from which he retired in 1999. He was an active member of the Hafa Adai Club of Hawaii. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary G. and son Michael E. Perez. He is survived by daughters Darlene (Michael) Moran and Shirley (Darrin) Kaya. Stepchildren: Jose and Phillip Tabion, Gloria Tabion (George) Kuriyama, Eleanor Tabion (Walter) Machnicki and Sheryl Tabion; brothers: Ricardo Losongco, Salvino (Letty Yu) Losongco, Roman (Lourdes) Taijeron, John (Emily) Taijeron and Michael Taijeron; sisters: Serafina Cepeda, Asuncion (George) Barnes, Consuelo Cruz, Lina Villorente, Teresita Salas and Annie Taijeron. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Mililani Mortuary, Mauka Chapel. Visitation: 9:00 a.m.; Services: 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow.
