69, of Honolulu, a retired Branch Chief with the State of Hawaii Department of Accounting and General Services passed away peacefully on October 2, 2019. He was born in Puunene, Maui and is survived by brothers, Colin (Robin), Joel (Brenda) and sister, Dana Okada (Jon); nephew, Daniel and nieces, Reiko Cordeiro (Paul), Chris Yamane (Ray), Kristin, Hailey Okada, and Alyssa Okada.
