Kenneth Jon Schneider, born in Frankfurt, Germany on August 29, 1954 to American parents, Raymond and Margo, passed away on July 18, 2019, age 64. He is survived by his father and two siblings, Mark and Lynn. Kenny lived a good life with family until four years ago when his mental illness became very unstable and the only legal option was for his family to kick him out onto the street because it is illegal to get treatment for the severely mentally ill when they no longer understand their illness and need help the most. Treatment most likely would have stabilized his illness enough to remain at home with family as he wished. His mother passed away shortly after, said to be from a broken heart from her son being taken away. So Kenny then suffered horribly, living in filth, with untreated mental illness and other health problems and repeatedly burdened city police, fire and ambulance, hospitals and charities with the problems that resulted from untreated severe mental illness.
