90, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2019 at Straub Medical Center surrounded by family. Born in Honolulu, he was a graduate of Punahou School Class of 1947 and the University of the Pacific. He served with the 25th Infantry Division and retired as the City of Stockton Deputy Community Development Director after more than twenty-five years of service. Survived by son Bob (Colleen) and grandsons Christopher and Joshua. He was preceded in death by wife Susie M. Ching.
