John Seibert, 94, our dearly loved father and grandfather passed away peacefully at his home, Tuesday, October 8th. He was born in E. Chicago and came to Honolulu in 1942 to assist in the reconstruction of Pearl Harbor. He was a U. S. Army veteran. John married Julia Haiku Shilhan in 1954. He was the manager of Motor Supply on Kapiolani Blvd., until his retirement. John was a member of first Assembly of God at Red Hill Campus. John will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Frances J. Eberhardt; his grandchildren, Connie (Mark), Sharan, Yvonne (Chuck), Julie (Mark) and Gary; his twenty great-grandchildren, and his many great-great- grandchildren. A private ceremony was held November 6th. John and Julia were in inurned together at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl.
