Mae Higashi, 79, passed away on October 13th at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Pearl City, she was a CPA for Hawaii County, driver for Hertz and Budget Car Rental, shuttle driver for Hertz and volunteer at Aunty Sally's. Survived by sons, Sterling (Vickie) Higashi, Stuart Higashi, Stephen (Yuko) Higashi; grandsons, Dorian and Donovan Higashi; brother, Mike (Etta) Minakawa; nephew, Mace (Erin) Minakawa and niece, Kris Shimizu.
