88, of Honolulu, passed away peacefully at home on October 13, 2019. He was the President of Chinen & Associates, Inc. and a member of Chatan-Kadena Chojin Kai. Survived by his wife Aileen, sons William T. (Sharon) and Malcolm (Lee-Ann), daughters Clarice (Stanley) Sawai, Naomi and Judy (Eric) Kagawa and 4 grand- children. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Palolo Hongwanji, 1641 Palolo Avenue.
