Apolonia Toledo
Apolonia Toledo, age 95, passed away peacefully at Hilo Medical Center on October 28, 2019 due to pneumonia and complications. She was born June 10, 1924 in Lanao, Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to Crispiniano Padre and Manuela Acio. Married to the the late Aniceto Toledo, they were blessed with 7 children; Ernie Toledo (deceased), Rosalinda (Toribio) Sagucio, Mariano (Jovita) Toledo, Rogelio (Mildred) Toledo, Archie (Beatriz) Toledo, Fe (Rodel) Virata, Efren (Sotera) Toledo; grandchildren, Patrice (John) Ornellas, Penny (Steve) Funakoshi, Earl (Jennifer) Sagucio, Denise (Rick) Hirata, Agnes (Wayne) Yamauchi, Benny (Corazon) Toledo, Gloria (Kenneth) White, John (Urara) Toledo, Alvar Toledo, Marita (Ben) Bautista, Odette (Thomas) Lue, Maribeth (Ruben) Cabuslay, Sharon (Chad) Bertelmann, Shirley Lei Toledo, Anabelle (Joel) Salangad, Arsenio Toledo Jr, Marie (Mark) Stupeck, Rodel (Angela) Virata Jr, Robert Virata, Shana (Greg) Gaug, Dexter Toledo. Apolonia Toledo was very fortunate to see her 21 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 6 great- great-grandchildren and was always proud to claim them as her only wealth. Wake Services will be held on November 25, 2019 at the Valley of the Temple Mortuary. Viewing 6:30 pm. Service: 7:00 pm and dinner to follow at the Lanai.
