Anthony “Tony” Glushenko, Jr.
83, of Pearl City, an Air Force veteran and retired manager for Hawaiian Telephone Company, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2019. He was born in Paia, Maui. He was a member of the Hawaiian Golf Club. He is survived by his wife, Gail; son, Anthony III; daughters, Rene (Butch) Simpson, Vera (John) Blalock, and Nancy Chang; brothers, (John-deceased), (Gaylord-deceased), Andrew, and Ronald Glushenko; Jose, Peter, Douglas and Mike Echiberi; and Darrell Silva and Solomon Kaleopa'a; sisters, Ku'ulei, Nina, Pettra, Leina'ala, Elaine, Lavern, Margaret and Naomi; and by seven grand- children and five great-grand- children. Visitation is at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 2, 2019, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. The service begins at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of monetary gifts, the family requests that you make a donation in his memory to the Little League office in your district or to a local family in need through the Angel Network Charities.
