Edward Wing Kong Cup Choy
Eddie "Eddie" Wing Kong Cup Choy passed peacefully away November 18, 2019 surrounded by his family. He was born in Makawao, Maui on January 19, 1935, the youngest of 8 children. Edward is survived by his two daughters, Carrie and Cindy. After graduating from Maui High School, he attended college in California and subsequently joined the Army. He was a long time employee of the Hawaiian Telephone Company and Verizon where he worked as an equipment installer. Eddie loved the outdoors, traveling, working in his yard and attending church.
