Age 93, of Honolulu, passed away on November 24, 2019 at Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. Ty was a U.S. Army CWO-4 and a counterintelligence agent. He then retired after 23 years and began working for the Federal Trade Commission. Pre-deceased by wife Tammy and children Cheryl and Keith. Ty is survived by his siblings Kikue Yahata, Yasushi Yoshitake and Saeko Yoshida. COMMITTAL SERVICE 9:30 A.M.
