90, of Wahiawa, passed away on November 1, 2019. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired electrician. He is survived by wife Betty Hayashi; children Sandra Segawa (Allan), Donna Sakamoto, Howard Jr. (Mayumi Villiatora); grandchildren Robert, Garrett (Mei) and Scott Segawa; sisters Helen Kashiwabara, Marcia Ushiyama, Jean Ariyoshi (George), and Amy Inamine. Visitation 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Services at 6:00 p.m. Casual Attire.
