He is survived by brothers Jordan and Rodney; sister Linda Diaz (Greg); sons Elton Macabeo-Spahn (Mila) and John Jr. (Jayna); daughters Laura Kaneakua (Parker), Regina Oania (Mike), Valerie Jacobsen (David), and Darnelle Balmores (Ryan); 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grand- children; companion Sylvia Vanderzel. Visitation: 9:30 am; Services: 10:30 am; Burial: 1:00 pm on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Hawaiian Memorial Park (45-425 Kamehameha Hwy).
