DR. CLIFTON YASUZO MOROMISATO
Dr. Clifton Yasuzo Moromisato son of Kame and Kamato, and much-loved husband, father, and grandfather - passed away peacefully on December 1, 2019 at age 85. Clif graduated from Kaimuki High School in 1952. He attended Loyola School of Dentistry in Chicago for his DDS and subsequent subspecialty training in orthodontia. During this time he also served four years in the Air Force. He then went on to have a thriving orthodontics practice for 28 years in Huntington Beach. He was preceded by wife Lorraine in 1990, and is survived by wife Gladys, brother Yasuichi, sisters Theresa and Dora, six children David (Laura), Donna (Gary), Paul (Kristine), Mark, Eric, and Diane (Matt), and 2 grandchildren (Owen, Lily). A memorial service will be held at Our Lady of Refuge Church in Long Beach, CA on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 11am. The service will be followed by continuing the celebration of Clif's life with food and "talk story". Hawaiian attire for the occasion was his desire and he insisted on no flowers or koden please.
