84, a retired Pearl Harbor engineer of Kapahulu, died on Sept 23, 2019. Predeceased by parents Naoki and Matsue (Kaneko) Arita, he is survived by sister Judith Hamada, brother Howard (Bobbie) Arita, nieces and nephews and their children.
