84, of Honolulu, a retired employee of the Hawaii State Department of Budget and Finance, passed away on November 21, 2019 at Maunalani Nursing Home. She was born in Kailua. She is survived by her husband, Bertram; son, Bryan (Mutsumi); daughter, Traci (Calvin) Masaki; brothers, Richard, Herman (Diane) and Arthur (Irene) Nakagawa; sister, Irene (Stanford) Fujii; and by three grandchildren.
