Rizalino Rizal "LINO" Vicente has graduated life on earth with Honors on October 17th 2019 and is now in Heaven. Born in the Philippines Jan 7, 1937; graduated University of Philippines - Engineering, member of the Sigma Phi Upsilon fraternity, MBA from UCLA, and raised his family in Honolulu for 50 yrs. Lino served as financial advisor with Merrill Lynch, Paine Webber and as Honolulu City and County's Director of Finance. He was a devout Catholic focused on serving others & volunteered with countless charities: Catholic Charities, Aloha Medical Mission, St. Vincent De Paul, Knights of Columbus, Holy Trinity & Star of the Sea Churches, and more. He was very honorable, respected family man & friend. He passed in California after 15-year Alzheimer's battle. He will be missed by many including his wife of 55 yrs Rosette; 3 children Roselyn (Marc), Roderick (Beverly), & Robyn (Daniel); 5 grandchildren Ayden, Nathan, Malia, Nicole, & Ryan; & sister Cita. Rest In Peace & in the loving arms of Jesus. Services on Sat., Jan. 4, 2020, at Star of the Sea Church. Visitation - 9:30 am; Mass - 10 am. Celebration of Life & lite refreshments to follow (JMJ).
