Tsuneyoshi Matsumoto, 92, of Keaau, died Dec. 27, 2019 at Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center in Hilo. Born Feb. 25, 1927, in Ola'a, he was retired from the former Puna Sugar Company and Amfac JMB Hawaii, U.S. Army Korean War veteran and member of Puna Hongwanji Mission, Keaau Village Association and Keaau Senior Golf Club. Visitation from 4-5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020, at Dodo Mortuary chapel in Hilo; memorial service at 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers. Survived by daughters, Janice (Wayne) Nakagawa of Hilo, Iris Matsumoto of Honolulu; two grandchildren, one great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews.
