Age 82, of Kaneohe, passed away on November 21, 2019. Born in Kauai, she retired from the Department of Education where she taught at Benjamin Parker Elementary School. She was predeceased by her husband, the late George M. Uyema. She is survived by her children, daughters, Carleen (Todd) Yokotake and Leanne (Mark) Watanabe and son, Alton (Lynne) Uyema; eight grandchildren and sister, June Higa.
