87, of Honolulu, passed away on January 11, 2020. Born in Japan, he worked for nearly 40 years at Shirokiya. He was an active member and former president of the United Japanese Society of Hawaii. He is survived by his wife, Kiyoko; daughters, Eureka (Nicholas Moffitt) and Mary Ann; granddaughter, Zoe; sister, Emako, and niece, Yoshiko. Celebration of Life will be held at Makiki Christian Church on Friday, January 17, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. Aloha attire. Family requests no monetary gifts or flowers.
