Nancy Crosby Martin
Nancy Martin of Honolulu passed away on January 2, 2020 at the age of 91. Nancy was born in Topeka, Kansas to Warren M Crosby and Betty Frost Crosby. Nancy attended Smith College and the University of Arizona where she met and married Bob Martin of Phoenix, Arizona. They moved to Honolulu in 1954. Nancy enjoyed long hours beach combing along the North Shore, collecting drift wood, shells and washed glass which she turned into a small arts and craft business called Mobiles of Hawaii. She also enjoyed volunteering for the Junior League of Honolulu and the Children's Theater. She returned to live in Topeka, Kansas and later to Phoenix, Arizona where she worked as the Executive Director of Recording for the Blind. In 2009 Nancy moved back to her beloved Honolulu to be with her children. Nancy was predeceased by her son Brad Martin. She is survived by her children Steve, Peter and Ann Martin, daughter-in-law Robin Martin; three grandchildren Satya, Lauren, and Kelly Martin and two great-grandchildren Maya and Subadra.
