91, passed from this life to life eternal on January 2, 2020. She was born on May 2, 1928 in Huelo, Maui and was raised in Ka'imuki where she was a student at Ali'iolani School, Stevenson Intermediate and then graduated from Mid-Pacific Institute in 1946. She was a lifetime member of Kawaiaha'o Church where she sang in the choir and served as a deacon. She worked as an accounting clerk for the U.S. Navy for 40 years. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Kenneth Hewett Sr. and her only son, Kenneth Hewett Jr. She is survived by her daughters Kerri-Ann Hewett Fraser (Anthony "Joe") and Alicia Hewett, grandson Manaola Hewett, and loyal puppies Liko and Kanani. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at the Kawaiaha'o Church, with visitation from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. and service from 11:00 to 12 noon. Private burial at a later date.
