Our loving Dad, Gordon K.K. Tom, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2020 surrounded by our Mom, Judy, and all of us; we are his legacy. Richard (Trudy), Gordean (Peter) Gutierrez, Patrick (Maria), Jennifer (Michael) Siracusa, Kathleen (Jay) Bode and Malia (David) Sedlak along with 11 grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren. A '57 graduate of Maryknoll High School, he retired from the Honolulu Fire Department as a captain after 32 years of service. While with the Fire Department, he held various elected positions within the Hawaii Fire Fighters Association for a period of 26 years. After retirement, he worked for Aloha Airlines, then Vacations Hawaii to get his Vegas fix. He called everyone his friend. He generously donated his body to the John A. Burns School of Medicine. A memorial mass will be held on Thursday, February 6th, at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Kailua. Visitation at 8:15 AM, HFD Pass in Review at 9:30, Eulogy at 9:45 and Mass at 10 with lunch to follow in the parish hall.
