January 6, 1941 ~ November 16, 2019 Kapa passed away on November 16, 2019 at The Queen's Medical Center, Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a construction-welder and also was a member of the Ala Wai Canoe Club. He is survived by sons: Kapelieli "Kape" Jr., Kawai Kalaaukahi; daughters: Keala Ann Moana, Keanu-Ani Mele-Mokihana. Celebration of Life: 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2020 Ala Wai Community Park. Scattering of ashes to follow.
