Brian Y. Kaku, of Honolulu, passed away on Jan. 1, 2020 in Pearl City at the foster home he had been living in surrounded by his loving second family. He is survived by his mother, Sue S. Kaku, sisters, Charlene Kihara, Charlotte Nishijima (Peter) and brother, Derrick Kaku (Hak Sun), Nieces and Nephews; Ryan Kihara (Lynn), Amy Hanada (Royce), Sara Nishijima, Krysten Kaku and Kenny Kaku. He is also survived by his aunt, Helen E. Tanaka, cousins Kari Kim and family, Kyle Tanaka and family, Iris Aurio and family, Ann Kawaguchi and family, and Steven Matsushima. Brian is also survived by his second family the Alunsunurin's, Conrado and Jocelyn Alunsunurin, Conrado's mother "Nanay" Angeles Alinsunurin, their daughters, Lorena Aliro and family, Liezl Alinsunurin, and Lennie Alinsunurin.
